We are looking for N etwork Engineer (Cloud And Infrastructure) for our client in Frankfort, KY Job Title: Network Engineer (Cloud And Infrastructure) Job Location: Frankfort, KY Job Type: Contract Job Overview: Responsibilities: Design and develop integrated network solutions including hardware, software, and telecommunications systems. Plan, build, test, and implement network systems across diverse platforms and architectures. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud-based networking components. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues. Oversee installation and integration of network hardware and layered software solutions. Ensure network performance, scalability, and security meet organizational and client requirements. Monitor bandwidth utilization and optimize network capacity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise IT initiatives. Lead or contribute to network and infrastructure projects, including

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, acting as a technical lead when required. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles. Strong knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs. Experience designing and managing enterprise network environments. Hands-on experience with AWS networking services such as VPC, Direct Connect, Route 53, and Transit Gateway. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Experience with firewalls, load balancers, and network security best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking. Experience working in hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or Terraform. Experience leading projects or mentoring junior engineers.
