Job description
Currently looking to hire an IT Procurement Analyst (Software Procurement). Must be comfortable working onsite in the St. Paul, MN office. You will support enterprise-wide software and IT contract lifecycle management, with a strong focus on renewals, financial tracking, and cross-functional coordination. This role partners closely with IT leadership, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial oversight, timely renewals, and continuous process improvement across a large-scale portfolio., * Financial Analysis: Consolidate renewal financials, perform variance analysis, and present insights to IT leadership to support decision-making.
- Renewal Management: Track and manage software contract renewals; ensure vendor quotes are accurate and aligned with business needs.
- Procurement Support: Create and manage shopping carts, track approvals, and escalate delays to maintain timelines.
- Budget Coordination: Partner with Finance and cost centers on budget tracking, transfers, and forecasting support.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve procurement and renewal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow and contract management systems preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

This is a Contract position based out of St Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
