Cracking the Code to Tech Team Satisfaction

July 10, 2025 16:50 – 17:20 · 30 min Stage 13

What this session covers

Employee satisfaction is a key factor in engagement, productivity and commitment - especially as tech teams face unique challenges that set them apart from other specializations. In this session, we’ll explore how employee satisfaction surveys, particularly within the Great Place to Work (GPTW) framework, help us understand the specific needs of tech teams.

We’ll highlight the main issues developers encounter, the actions we took to improve our survey results, and the real impact of these changes. We’ll also share best practices for turning survey data into meaningful improvements - creating a better work culture, supporting mental health, and providing employees with a greater sense of purpose.
