Systems Lead MBSE

• Develop, manage, and decompose system-level requirements and interface specifications, which includes the following;

o System, Subsystem, Specification (SSS) documents

o Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents

o Software Design Descriptions (SDDs)

o Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM)

o Interface Requirements Specifications (IRS)

o Hardware and Software/Firmware Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering a Systems Engineering Design Model (SEDM) using tools like MagicDraw and CAMEO

• Work with key stakeholder’s models to capture interfaces for the propulsion, warhead, avionics, seeker, etc, within the SEDM

• Lead or support system architecture development and trade studies

• Support working groups, technical reviews, risk assessments, and milestone planning

• Collaborate across other technical teams including software, hardware, electrical, and modeling & simulation

• Interface with DoD customers and stakeholders, including authoring technical reports, program reviews, compliance requirements, and briefings

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
