IT Asset Management Analyst - Driving Control, Insight and Value at Evri

We’re looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to join our IT Service Operations team - someone who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of our IT assets, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and maximum value from our technology investments.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with IT, Procurement, suppliers and stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing
As an IT Asset Management Analyst at Evri, you’ll be responsible for maintaining control and visibility of our IT asset estate, ensuring accuracy across systems while driving best practice and efficiency.
You’ll operate at the heart of IT operations - supporting asset lifecycle management, improving data quality, and enabling smarter decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.
You’ll also play an active role in shaping and supporting our IT Asset Management strategy, working cross-functionally to ensure assets are effectively governed from procurement through to retirement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the hardware and software asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with governance, risk and cost objectives
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of the IT Asset Database and CMDB
- Support the end-to-end asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment through to reuse and disposal
- Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers and IT teams to optimise asset usage and control costs
- Conduct regular audits to validate asset data and ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Produce KPI reports and actionable insights to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Support software licence management, including procurement, deployment and optimisation
- Contribute to IT Asset Management projects, coordinating activities across teams and driving delivery
- Identify discrepancies, risks and opportunities, escalating where appropriate
- Promote best practices in IT Asset Management across the organisation
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Experience in IT Asset Management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of hardware and software assets
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Asset Management lifecycle processes
- Experience working with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow), CMDBs, or asset discovery tools
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, working with IT teams, suppliers and leadership
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
