Job description

The eCommerce Front-end Developer (AB Testing, EV Squad) is responsible for delivering front-end solutions in alignment with technical and branding guidelines, especially (but not exclusively) in the domain of front-end personalization and AB Testing, consistently enforcing those guidelines and supporting other developers in doing so, and, occasionally, leading the implementation of commercially driven and innovative digital experiences, in line with strategy and brand / market needs.

The area of action will additionally extend to:

  • Manage front end content development needs from the business
  • Understanding front end content development requirements
  • Working with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions
  • Ensuring code quality and best practices, CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS & CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE
  • Development of fully responsive & WCAG compliant digital experiences
  • Implementation of AB tests and personalization campaigns
  • Performance optimization and monitoring
  • Code reviews and mentoring junior developers

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP

  • Define and enforce coding standards
  • Architect scalable front-end solutions
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, At least 6 years’ experience in eBusiness, eCommerce and/or Digital Agencies., * At least 6 years’ experience in eBusiness, eCommerce and/or Digital Agencies

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Vue.js
  • Experience with AB testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of web performance optimization
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development, * Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for clean, maintainable code

Other Requirements:

  • Availability to work EU business hours
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet workspace for video calls

Big plus:

  • Experience with headless CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures
  • Contributions to open-source projects

Plus:

  • Experience with Figma or design tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
