Design and implement AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
Build and optimize LLM-based applications using GPT-4, Claude, and open-source models
Develop multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
Create RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions
Collaborate with product teams to define AI features
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, At least 5 years’ experience in AI/ML development with production deployments., * 5+ years of experience in software development

3+ years focused on AI/ML development
Production experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), * Deep understanding of transformer architectures
Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Big plus:

Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Contributions to open-source AI projects
Published research or blog posts on AI topics
Experience with computer vision or speech recognition
