Job description

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a Network Administrator to support a federal IT services program. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment while supporting mission-critical operations.

Administer enterprise network infrastructure
Install and configure network hardware and software
Monitor network performance and availability
Troubleshoot network incidents and outages
Implement network upgrades and improvements
Support routing, switching and access management

Primarily remote with occasional onsite support and travel. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Public Trust

Minimum 7 years networking experience
Network+ may substitute for 2 years; CCNA may substitute for 3 years
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must meet DOJ/BOP residency requirements

Preferred Technical Skills

Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, OSD, networking, infrastructure support, and customer service.
