Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the delivery of innovative payments and financial services solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure high-value features are delivered on time and with quality. Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple Agile teams.
• Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Make data-driven prioritization decisions based on customer and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product delivery with business goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product releases, documentation, and operational readiness.

• 4+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst experience in Financial Services or Payments.
• Strong knowledge of Bill Pay, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
• Proven backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Experience writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Payments or FinTech product experience.
• CSPO certification.
• Experience with SAFe Agile.
