What You Will Do:

Lead the integration of new technologies into vehicle architectures, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.

Act as the technical arbitrator, driving the engineering delivery for the whole vehicle while meeting functional and attribute targets.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.

Oversee the progression of technical data, including CAD, DV, AIMS, builds, tests, and releases, to meet programme milestones.

Drive the delivery of Minimum Viable Products through both virtual and physical verification and validation processes.

Support studies and problem-solving activities to address complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
Requirements
Strong automotive technical knowledge, with experience in complex interactions and decision-making.

Demonstrated expertise in vehicle, system, and component design, development, and delivery.

Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Proven experience in leading teams to resolve technical issues using structured approaches such as 8D or Six Sigma.

A customer-first mindset with the ability to embrace new ideas and industry developments while maintaining resilience and adaptability.
