Reporting to the Director, Customer Innovation & Strategy, within DSG, this person will play a critical role in helping elevate and scale how DSG and Adobe’s enterprise sales teams articulate Adobe’s story to key customers-translating complex capabilities and workflows into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives that resonate with executive decision makers and accelerate sales momentum.

This individual will partner across DSG, enterprise sales, product leaders and specialists, product marketing, enterprise marketing, and enablement teams to drive consistency, quality, and impact of enterprise messaging across the field. The role is highly cross-functional and requires a blend of strategic thinking, content development excellence, and executional rigor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic storytelling & enterprise messaging

  • Provide on-demand storytelling support for high-priority accounts and strategic deals
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive narratives to ensure Adobe remains differentiated and relevant in customer conversations

Content transformation & scalability

  • Help transform DSG content into scalable, reusable, and modular assets that can be easily adopted across industries, regions, and teams
  • Help redefine how content is created, maintained, and shared-focusing on simplification, clarity, and usability
  • Build frameworks that enable rapid customization of content for industries, use cases, and customer maturity levels
  • Develop and drive content strategy for customer-facing insights and internal DSG-developed self-service platforms, including user documentation and training modules
  • Collaborate on customer workshop development and readout materials
  • Identify gaps in current content strategy and drive net-new content development aligned to key business priorities

Enablement & adoption

  • Partner with enablement teams to deliver custom training for DSG to ensure strategic understanding of new capabilities, sales plays, and customer profiles
  • Lead DSG training to ensure adoption of storytelling frameworks and content assets
  • Gather feedback from DSG and the field to continuously refine messaging and improve real-world usability and impact
