Support UM prior authorization requests.
Work in Facets, Filebound, and Jira.
Make outbound notification calls to providers and members.

Nice to Have:

Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience.

Requirements

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of data entry experience.
Familiarity with Excel and Office., * Critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
