Junior Tech Support Advisor

We’re recruiting for a friendly and growing company looking to add a new Junior Tech Support Advisor to their existing team.

You do NOT need previous technical support experience - personality, attitude and willingness to learn are far more important here.

The Role:

• Supporting customers with product and technical queries
• Responding via email and live chat
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Learning products and systems through hands-on training
• Working closely with the wider technical support team
