Workday Scheduling Consultant

Seeking a Workday Scheduling Consultant with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Scheduling and Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in scheduling configuration, shift management, and integration with Time Tracking and Absence modules., * Configure and maintain Workday Scheduling solutions.

• Design and implement scheduling rules and shift structures.
• Support Workforce Management initiatives and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize scheduling processes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
• Assist with Workday releases and impact analysis.

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Scheduling.
• Experience configuring shift patterns, staffing models, and open shifts.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience with shift swaps, worker availability, and qualification-based scheduling.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Knowledge of Workday security and reporting is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
