Apple Systems Administrator

• Responsible for administering and supporting Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro. Manages the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices, including enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, and retirement. Integrates JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other identity management platforms to enable secure access and automated provisioning. Develops and maintains configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Provides advanced troubleshooting and technical support while ensuring device security, compliance, and optimal end-user experience.

Key Skills: JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, MDM, SSO, Conditional Access, Bash/Shell/Python scripting, Endpoint Security, Patch Management, Device Lifecycle Management.

Must haves:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
• JAMF Pro administration experience.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS environments in enterprise settings.
