About the Role The Sales Insights, Analytics, and Data Science team is looking for a Sales Analytics & Insights Lead to understand customer trends and uncover new market opportunities. We leverage large data sets to surface insights on the productivity for our Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations teams. Our goal is to create metrics and measure success of programs, build automated mechanisms for internal planning, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to drive specific business outcomes that will help us serve our customers in their journey to the cloud.

You should apply if you are passionate about data analysis, extracting and manipulating data using SQL and AWS native tools to build for scalability and conduct analysis. You will have strong communication and project management skills to work with key stakeholders and business partners, understand requirements, and deliver analytics products. You should also be able to demonstrate analytical thinking, business acumen, and a knack for working backwards from the customer’s needs in a cross-functional environment. We are a “build once, use many” product and insights team!

Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1/ Create visualization dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale 2/ Support annual planning activities and develop actionable insights 3/ Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity 4/ Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives 5/ Develop relationships and processes with sales, support, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements 6/ Engage closely with Engineering and Business Intelligence partner teams to influence and guide their development roadmaps. 7/ Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed 8/ Be an expert in analytics tools required to support Sales and Sales Operations

This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. Additionally, you will partner with Sales teams to identify the insights and intelligence they require to understand, manage, and grow their business and develop solutions to Deliver Results at scale across multiple dimensions. A successful individual is a person that has a proven work ethic that drives the desired results. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves”.

Requirements

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
