Job description

As a Salesforce Senior Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading Salesforce development initiatives for our client, ensuring seamless integrations, and optimizing configurations across Sales Cloud, custom development, bespoke integrations and Agentforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes and drive client success., * Lead Salesforce Development: Drive the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.

  • Integrations: Manage integrations from and to Salesforce, leveraging APIs and middleware to ensure data consistency and system interoperability.
  • Configurations: Optimize Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
  • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to implement effective solutions that support sales and service operations.
  • Agentforce Utilization: Leverage Agentforce capabilities to enhance agent productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
  • Expert-Level Understanding: Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Salesforce technology, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
  • Best Practices Guidance: Guide teams on best practices for configurations and customization, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • CI/CD Proficiency: Showcase proficiency in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like Gearset to streamline development workflows.
  • Development: Hand-on development in Apex, LWC , Integrations and adopt and/or advise on the CI/CD framework within the clientele

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Batch/Asynchronous modes, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Integrations & Agent force.
  • Sales Cloud, Agent force, PD1 and PD2 certified
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • PD2 certification is highly preferable
  • Certifications in Salesforce Service cloud, OMS Cloud.
  • Excellent skills in HMTL5, CSS3 and Javascript
  • Hands on experience on APEX Data Loader/Middleware technologies
  • Experience in building SOAP, REST enabled applications (Server to Server Web Services)
  • Hands on experience on Salesforce lightning, Angular
  • Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and is a must Skill. Knowledge (JAVA) is desirable and advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back-end systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc).
