Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications using enterprise development technologies.
2. Design and implement backend services, APIs, and database solutions to support business applications.
3. Troubleshoot, test, and optimize application performance while providing production support.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in full-stack application development, enterprise web technologies, application support, and software development.

Technical Skills

Java, Spring Boot, IBM WebSphere, RESTful APIs, IBM DB2, Dynatrace, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Application Support

Business / Domain Skills

Full Stack Development, Enterprise Application Development, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Production Support, Performance Optimization, Cross-functional Collaboration

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience developing enterprise-scale web applications and backend services.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms, application monitoring, and performance tuning.
