Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and related technologies.
2. Build secure, scalable REST APIs, microservices, and integrations with databases, messaging platforms, and other enterprise systems.
3. Develop automated tests and participate in code reviews, CI/CD activities, containerized deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
4. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product stakeholders while providing technical guidance and supporting Agile software delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

7-9 years of experience in backend software development, including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, testing, and DevOps practices.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Oracle Database, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud platforms, or observability technologies.
