Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, tools, and integration solutions that automate manual processes, streamline data workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
2. Develop and maintain application interfaces and RESTful services while integrating software components, data sources, and external systems to support reliable information exchange.
3. Implement software development and quality practices, including code reviews, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
4. Support cloud-based application deployment and operations by managing containerized services, deployment configurations, CI/CD processes, event-driven processing, and application performance across enterprise environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, enterprise application integration, API development, microservices, cloud application development, and data-processing solutions.

Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Authorization, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Role-Based Access Control, Identity Lifecycle Management, Application Integration, API Integration, Security Engineering, Automation, Scripting, System Troubleshooting

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting payment gateway, payment processing, or financial transaction integration environments.
2. Experience developing and integrating Java/J2EE-based enterprise applications supporting payment and transaction workflows.
3. Experience supporting real-time and batch data processing and integration within financial or payment-related technology environments.
4. Experience integrating enterprise applications with external systems through REST APIs and event-driven integration patterns.
5. Experience supporting technology interfaces and integration tracks through solution design, technical documentation, development, and implementation.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience working with cross-functional development and technology teams.
