SAP Data & Quality Administrator

You’ll play a key role in supporting quality processes by reviewing SAP inspection data and ensuring accuracy across the system., * Review and manage SAP Quality Inspection Lots

• Identify and track missing inspection lots (UDs - Usage Decisions)
• Collect, record, and organise data accurately using Excel
• Investigate discrepancies and flag any missing or incomplete information
• Maintain clear and up-to-date records to support reporting
• Liaise with internal teams where necessary to resolve data gaps
• Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and reporting processes

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong SAP and Excel skills to support within a quality/operations function., * Previous experience using SAP (preferably within a quality or production environment)

• Confident using Excel for data handling, tracking, and reporting
• (e.g. filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
