Job description

A growing provider of Fire & Security solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee installation projects from handover through to completion.

Working across a range of commercial projects, you will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards., As a Project Manager, your role will include:

  • Managing projects from sales handover through to client handover

  • Coordinating project planning, resources, and delivery activities

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations

  • Conducting site visits, audits, and progress meetings

  • Providing technical support and guidance to engineers and subcontractors

  • Producing project reports and maintaining project documentation

Requirements

  • Previous project management experience within Fire & Security, construction, or M&E environments

  • Strong understanding of project delivery and client management

  • Knowledge of Fire, Security, CCTV, or Life Safety systems

  • SMSTS qualification

  • Competent using Microsoft Office and project management software

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • CSCS Card

  • Prince2, APM, or equivalent project management qualification

  • Experience managing installation projects within technical building services sectors, If you’re an experienced Project Manager based in or near Bath with a background in Fire & Security, M&E, or construction projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering career progression and long-term stability.
