Job description

  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of fire and security projects including design coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover
  • Oversee projects typically valued circa £1,000,000 across new build construction environments
  • Develop and manage project programmes, procurement schedules, budgets, and resource planning
  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams
  • Attend and lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Monitor commercial performance, variations, and risk management throughout project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on project performance

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Project?, We are seeking an experienced and driven Fire & Security Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple fire and security projects with values typically around £1,000,000. The role will involve managing projects across major construction sites within the City of London, including new-build commercial office developments and high-end residential buildings., * Proven experience managing fire and/or security projects within construction environments

  • Experience delivering projects of significant value (ideally £500k+)
  • Strong understanding of construction site processes and working with principal contractors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and project documentation systems
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety practices on construction sites

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of fire alarm, security, AOV, PAVA, access control, CCTV and Data
  • Experience working on new build commercial or residential developments
  • Industry qualifications (FIA, electrical, project management certifications, etc.)
  • Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work across London construction sites
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
