Job description

  • Full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
  • Project Management from order to completion - to deliver projects at a high quality, in compliance with the relevant standards, on time and within budget.
  • Manage and be responsible for engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Adherence to H+S rules and preparation of RAMS.
  • Completion of O+M Manuals and Certificates.
  • Providing costs for additional work within current projects.
  • Purchasing of equipment.
  • Correspondence and Emails and Meetings associated with the projects to ensure customer satisfaction and control of the project.
  • Labour management to ensure completion with demanding timescales.
  • Liaising with Directors, Management and Engineering Teams.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Time management?, * Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms - essential

  • Design of Fire Alarms with complex cause and effect and networking - beneficial
  • Technical knowledge of Security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms - essential
  • Technical knowledge of IP systems - beneficial
  • Microsoft PC computer literacy - essential
  • Excellent Communicator
  • FIA or other Fire Design qualifications - beneficial
  • Driving Licence - essential
