Support application incidents, outages, and upgrades Analyze system integrations and vendor impacts Coordinate configuration and implementation activities Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve issues

Requirements

Visa: Must be able to convert without sponsorship Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications Experience with retail applications and vendor integrations Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Basic to moderate SQL skills Strong Excel skills Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart Understanding of SDLC and application implementation methodologies Preferred Skills: SAP or large ERP environments (Oracle/Microsoft) Retail pricing & promotions experience Blue Yonder Category Management / Enterprise Planning Databricks, Snowflake, or MicroStrategy exposure APIs and integration tools like Tibco, Informatica, or MuleSoft SAP ABAP or coding experience
