Job description

We are seeking a talented and innovative E-learning Developer to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging online learning modules that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your creativity and technical skills to create impactful digital training solutions. Candidates should possess strong presentation skills, teaching experience, and excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in Adobe Captivate being highly desirable., * Design and develop interactive e-learning content tailored to organisational needs using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
  • Incorporate multimedia elements including videos, animations, and graphics to enhance learner engagement
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance on e-learning modules to ensure functionality across various devices and platforms
  • Maintain and update existing courses based on feedback and evolving organisational requirements
  • Facilitate the integration of e-learning modules into Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on how to access and navigate digital learning resources
  • Analyse learner feedback and assessment data to improve course effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content, preferably within a corporate or educational setting
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly
  • Teaching experience or background in instructional design is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools is essential
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration is desirable
  • Prior experience in digital content creation, multimedia editing, or graphic design will be considered an asset
