Job description

  • Bearbeitung, Analyse von IT-Störungen und Anfragen Remote und vor Ort
  • Verantwortung für den Onsite-Support an IT-Servicepoints und Kundenstandorten
  • Betreuung von Windows-Workstations/Laptops mit Software wie MS Office und Mobile Devices
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Störungen über ein Ticketsystem
  • Detaillierte Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge

Requirements

  • Windows Betriebssystem Know-How, Onsite und Remote Support, Ticketsystem, Tickethandling, Ticketdokumentieren und Pflegen unter Beachtung der SLA´s
  • Technische Erfahrung im Onsite / Remotesupport von Endanwendern
  • Know-how im Client Hardware Umfeld
  • Führerscheinklasse B
