Job description

  • Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, Netzwerk (patchen), Scanner und Labeldrucker.
  • Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten B/F, IMAC und H+E Tickets sowie individuellen Projektaufträge
  • Verwaltung des lokalen Lagerbestandes

Requirements

  • Kenntnisse in aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.) Junior
  • Kenntnisse in Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebooks, Scanner und Labeldrucker) Junior
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen Junior
  • Sorgfältige und angemessene Kommunikation mit den Kunden Junior
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise (Ticket basierend) Junior
