Job description

We are looking for a strategic product owner to lead the go-to-market (GTM) tooling that powers a fast-growing experiences business. This is a Salesforce-centered role where you will translate a fast-moving, still-being-built GTM motion into clear system requirements and a practical roadmap. You will partner closely with business technology and engineering teams to ship solutions, and you will work alongside sales, operations, and cross-functional partners to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, fluent in modern GTM systems, and energized by building infrastructure for a new business line inside a larger, already-scaled organization., * Drive the execution and operationalization of systems and tools that support central programs and strategies for the supply side of the business.

  • Own clear, consistent communication on program progress and roadmap.
  • Partner with revenue operations, scaled operations, and field teams to define the key support systems and processes needed to keep pace with rapid growth and meet revenue and market development goals.
  • Support sales, operations, and business teams in driving the right technical implementations for their strategies.
  • Own the portfolio of technical work, partnering with internal business technology teams and tool vendors to execute on the vision and roadmap while managing day-to-day delivery.
  • Prioritize team requests and requirements against company and field goals, provide up-to-date visibility into project roadmaps, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Partner with the right teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from these systems and tools.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years in GTM systems, working closely with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams, rather than sales operations in isolation.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce depth, with the ability to speak fluently to what good Salesforce architecture looks like, not just what is functional.
  • Proven experience building CRM or GTM infrastructure for a new or early-stage business inside a larger company where other business lines are already at scale; this specific context matters more than generic startup experience.
  • A demonstrated ability to move from an ambiguous business need to system requirements to a shipped solution, working cross-functionally throughout.
  • Excellent communication range, comfortable with field teams, engineers, and leadership, and able to tell a structured, specific story that leads with business impact rather than only what was built.
  • Genuinely effective in ambiguity and messy data, scrappy enough to sit with frontline teams to find what is actually broken, humble but willing to push back when something is wrong, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality., * Experience with AI-powered GTM tools such as voice agents, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop AI.
  • Background working on a marketplace or two-sided platform.
  • SQL fluency.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Gong, MixMax, and Salesforce.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
