Job description

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Data Scientist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI and machine learning solutions.   • Design and deploy advanced predictive models and AI-powered tools to improve risk assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Develop natural language processing (NLP) solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable insights.
  • Implement machine learning techniques to enhance real-time caregiver interactions and support systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model quality, compliance, and effective data handling practices.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall AI roadmap by evaluating emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science; Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in applied data science with a proven track record in deploying predictive and NLP models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
  • Expertise in classical and advanced machine learning methods, including deep learning techniques.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized deployment processes.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation across various systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive alignment.
