Computer and Telecom Field Technician (computer hardware and software skills required)

• Set up, install, support and troubleshoot IT network, computer hardware and software, printers, anti-virus programs, routers and switches, as well as additional network maintenance.
• Design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of low voltage cable systems, optical fiber and coax.
• Support and troubleshoot client site PBX phone systems and DVR server based security camera systems. Will provide training for these skills.
• Install racks, patch panels, wire managers and network electronics.

• 1 to 3 years computer hardware and networking work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software includes installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining computers, hardware and software, peripherals and other external devices.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional and courteous customer service skills.
• Provide your own vehicle with a good driving record., License/Certification:
