Having recently implemented a new ERP, the company is now focused on embedding the new system while continuing to improve processes across the credit function. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how the department evolves, helping drive operational improvements, develop your team, and support future initiatives around automation and business systems.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Credit Manager who enjoys improving processes, leading people, and building long-term relationships across the business. You’ll be joining a company that values loyalty, promotes from within, and provides the resources and support to build a long-term career.
The Role
- Join a global manufacturing business with an established and highly respected credit function.
- Lead and develop a team of seven, including a Collections Manager.
- Build on the recent implementation of Infor M3 and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Improve credit processes, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Accounting, and IT to support wider business objectives.
- Support future automation and modernization initiatives across the department.
- Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the credit function.
Requirements
- Credit Manager, Credit Supervisor, or Credit Team Lead with approximately 7-10 years’ experience.
- Experience leading or supervising a credit team.
- Recently involved in an ERP implementation or major systems improvement project.
- Strong background within a B2B manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
- Stable employment history with strong tenure.
- Excellent understanding of credit risk, accounts receivable, and credit policy.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering operational excellence.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across multiple departments.
