Job description

Looking for a highly hands-on Technical Product Owner with strong product, platform, AI, and testing skills who can help turn the EP2 vision into a scalable self-service platform while owning delivery quality from requirements through production validation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to translate the EP2 vision into executable features, stories, and releases.
  • Help define and refine capabilities across: Capability Maps, Self-Service Services, Workflow Composer, AI Assistant and Knowledge Experiences
  • Work with platform SMEs, engineers, architects, and business teams to identify self-service opportunities and reusable platform capabilities.
  • Drive backlog readiness, feature decomposition, acceptance criteria, dependency management, and release planning.

Technical & AI Expectations

  • Comfortable working in highly technical platform environments involving:

  • APIs, Data assets, Events, Workflows, Capability models, System integrations, What Success Looks Like: Within the first 6-12 months, this person should be able to:
  • Independently own major EP2 features from ideation through release.
  • Drive backlog and delivery across multiple platform teams.
  • Validate functionality end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Help identify new self-service opportunities across Enterprise Platforms.
  • Improve product quality by proactively catching usability, workflow, integration, and AI-response issues before release.

Requirements

  • LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Assistants, Agents, Prompt-driven experiences

Able to evaluate AI-powered experiences from both a product and user perspective.

Capable of understanding technical architecture discussions and translating them into product requirements.

The PO must be comfortable being hands-on testing or debugging on their own

Hands-On Problem Solving

  • Comfortable validating integrations, testing APIs, reviewing logs, reproducing issues, and helping isolate root causes.
  • Acts as the first line of validation before involving engineering teams.
