  • Act as the primary lead for facility upgrades and capital equipment projects to improve site capabilities.
  • Collaborate with external partners to establish project requirements, evaluate technical specs, and ensure equipment meets standards before delivery.
  • Utilize formal problem-solving methodologies like 8D and root cause analysis to resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Enhance overall output, product quality, and labor productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the Engineering Change process and facilitate cross-departmental execution.
  • Utilize AIAG Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA across all project phases.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and support efforts to increase equipment uptime.
  • Direct or facilitate maintenance-related tasks as the situation demands.
  • Travel to external supplier and client sites to assist with audits, validation, and program launches.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff members to foster their technical growth and professional development.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by integrating safety protocols into every system design and production process.
