Reliability Engineer

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting on recurring failures
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) strategies
• Use CMMS and operational data to identify trends and drive decisions
• Identify high-risk equipment (“bad actors”) and prioritize improvement efforts
• Partner closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
• Support and lead projects aimed at improving uptime, efficiency, and performance
• Contribute to building a more proactive, reliability-focused culture

We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to support a high-volume manufacturing operation focused on improving equipment performance, uptime, and long-term reliability across the plant.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into equipment issues, identifying root causes, and building sustainable solutions-not just reacting to breakdowns., * Background in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or reliability

• Experience troubleshooting equipment and driving long-term fixes
• Exposure to PM optimization, RCA methodologies, or reliability tools (FMEA, RCM, etc.)
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and CMMS platforms
• Ability to work both on the plant floor and cross-functionally with teams
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, * Experience in high-volume or continuous manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with condition-based monitoring or predictive maintenance
• CMRP or similar certifications, * Opportunity to own reliability vs. just maintain equipment
