Job description

Oversee the docketing database/calendar for the Intellectual Property Group.

  • Review and process USPTO communications and filings for accuracy.
  • Enter critical deadlines into the system for all incoming IP correspondence.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on both U.S./foreign case records.
  • Keep informed of both domestic and international IP rules and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP docketing.
  • Experience with patents, trademarks, copyrights, and TTAB preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with Foundation IP docketing software is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
