Job description

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end systems. You will leverage your expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and API design to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment., * Lead development of re-architected and cloud-native applications per Government-approved CSP recommendations

Own front-end and back-end architecture decisions for assigned applications
Implement secure coding practices aligned to OWASP Top 10 and NIST SP 800-53 controls
Develop and execute automated testing plans (unit, regression, UAT, CI/CD, security testing)
Collaborate with UI/UX Developer on user-centered design implementation
Mentor Mid and Junior Fullstack Developers; lead code reviews
Contribute to Technical Design Documents, Application Workflow, Database Design, and Application Architecture deliverables

Requirements

BS degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10-13 years. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain.

Required Certifications / Clearances

U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain Public Trust / Moderate Risk

Preferred Certifications

AWS Certified Developer Associate or Azure Developer Associate
Certified Scrum Developer or equivalent Agile certification
Security-related (CSSLP, Security+)

Preferred Experience

Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) with Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring, or Python backends
RESTful and GraphQL APIs; microservices architecture; MVC and CQRS patterns
SQL and NoSQL databases; cloud-native data services (RDS, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB)
Containerization and serverless (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
Federal application modernization experience, ideally HHS or similar
