Job description
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the OneNet platform, including portals, forms, dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Design and implement workflow automation using SharePoint and Power Automate to support business processes, approvals, notifications, and case management.
- Configure document libraries, metadata, role-based security, and secure document management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and application enhancements.
- Support application testing, production deployments, defect resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration, reporting, and an optimized user experience while recommending continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Five (5)+ years of experience developing enterprise applications, workflow automation, or business systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Experience designing workflow-driven applications, forms, and document management solutions.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience with Drupal CMS or similar enterprise content management systems.
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.
- Role-based security, permissions, and document management.
- HTML/CSS and web-based application configuration.
- User acceptance testing (UAT) and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Federal Government or OneNet environments.
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Apps, or Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Experience supporting OneNet or federal intranet environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
- Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
