Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports supporting executive, operational, and store-level reporting.
- Build and maintain enterprise data models, semantic layers, and DAX measures to deliver meaningful business insights and KPIs.
- Transform, integrate, and validate data from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop reporting processes, data quality standards, and dashboard performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with application developers and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and support data-driven decision making.
- Recommend improvements to reporting architecture, analytics, and overall data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Five (5)+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.
- Four (4)+ years of Microsoft Power BI development.
- Experience designing enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models.
- Experience integrating data from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, or similar enterprise platforms.
Required Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
- SQL querying and enterprise data modeling.
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint data integration.
- Azure data services and API integration concepts.
- Data quality management and KPI development.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with Power Platform, Python, or R.
- Experience implementing Power BI Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Microsoft Power BI, Azure, Fabric, SQL, or related analytics certifications.
