Job description

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
  • Gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and queues.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions and maintain training documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create target audiences, marketing journeys, and automated communication workflows.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, deduplication, data imports, and quality assurance processes.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Assist with system testing, release management, and evaluation of new Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices to support ongoing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce CRM administration experience.
  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
  • Experience supporting users, delivering training, and gathering business requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with reporting, data management, and marketing automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Nonprofit, Fundraising, or Advancement environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
