Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Administrator to manage and support Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation, user administration, data management, reporting, and end-user support., * 3-5+ years of Salesforce CRM Administration experience.

  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
  • Experience managing users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and queues.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and email campaigns.
  • Experience with data imports, data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality.
  • Proficiency in reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, troubleshooting, and providing user support/training.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Nonprofit, or Fundraising environments.
