Job description

  • Processing E-filing of all assigned documents.
  • Processing of Case Management notices.
  • Assisting with accurate task completion on the client websites.
  • Receiving and accurately updating the Firm’s case management system and the client in relation to answers, appearances, and notification of representation of counsel.
  • Entered judgment package review to ensure accuracy and that all entered documents have been received. This includes ordering and follow-up for any missing documents.
  • Maintaining and completing a daily work list.
  • Scheduling hearings with the counties via various methods based on counties requirements and updating Dart and client websites with accurate hearing information.
  • Assisting with other miscellaneous assigned tasks, as needed.

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to follow all procedures by setting and following logical priorities.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and working at an efficient pace.
  • Ability to build and maintain a good rapport with co-workers, clients, clerks, county, city and municipal team members.
  • Flexible and resilient in dealing with change and/or differences of opinion.
  • Actively seeks and shares new information to solve problems.
  • Strong numerical aptitude., * High School Diploma
  • Typing skills of 50wpm (Preferred)
  • Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time working on a computer.
  • Physically able to carry and file documents in cabinets of varying heights
