Job description

We’re on the lookout for a NOC Engineer to join our team in Jerusalem and work with a team of NOC engineers to support the operation of the network operation center. Our NOC Engineers monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively manage customer engagements through technical analysis and outstanding communication skills in multiple channels.

What will your job look like?

  • Monitor business-critical operational processes and AV-related services, identifying issues and escalating them when necessary.
  • Handle incoming requests through multiple communication channels.
  • Provide first-level support to customers and internal stakeholders, investigate issues, and assist in driving resolutions.
  • Monitor and support operational pipelines, identify failures or anomalies, and coordinate with relevant teams to restore normal operation.
  • Document all incoming incidents, requests, and actions taken during the investigation and resolution process.
  • Analyze operational data, build reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions, communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding ongoing issues, and keep ticketing systems updated throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity and high service quality for AV-related activities.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Compute Science degree student with at least 4 semesters remaining.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends (Friday).
  • Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in Python and C++ - Advantage
