Senior Technical Writer (IAM)- (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite/Week)- [W2 ROLE]

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise technology environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating high-quality technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale IT transformation initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for IAM platforms, enterprise applications, and security solutions.
• Create user guides, process documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and implementation guides.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and leadership teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support Agile software development teams by documenting features, workflows, and system changes.
• Ensure documentation follows organizational standards, best practices, and version control processes.

• 7+ years of technical writing experience in large enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and enterprise security concepts.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Experience documenting Agile or iterative software development projects.
