Job description

The Application Analyst II will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for clinical third-party applications (non-imaging) across a large multi-regional healthcare system. This role involves troubleshooting application issues, collaborating with technical and vendor teams, participating in an on-call rotation, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents following ITIL best practices., Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for clinical third-party applications (non-imaging). Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and problems. Coordinate with vendors for application updates and code changes. Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to resolve system-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles. Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 application support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Proof of education is required). Experience supporting Clinical Third-Party Applications (Non-Imaging). Strong understanding of ITIL processes. Experience with Microsoft Office and enterprise application support.
