Job description

Support day-to-day enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues.
Perform system configuration updates, user requests, and application support.
Support testing, system enhancements, and partner/user onboarding.
Monitor file transfers, certificates, scheduled jobs, and system health.
Create and maintain support documentation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams while following SOX and GDPR compliance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in IT Analyst, Application Support, or Technical Operations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with XML, JSON, relational databases, enterprise application workflows, data processing, and system integration concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global hybrid environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
Must be willing to work onsite 3 days per week in Bridgewater, NJ.
