Job description

  • Support day-to-day enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues.
  • Perform system configuration updates, user requests, and application support.
  • Support testing, system enhancements, and partner/user onboarding.
  • Monitor file transfers, certificates, scheduled jobs, and system health.
  • Create and maintain support documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams while following SOX and GDPR compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT Analyst, Application Support, or Technical Operations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with XML, JSON, relational databases, enterprise application workflows, data processing, and system integration concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global hybrid environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Must be willing to work onsite 3 days per week in Bridgewater, NJ.

Benefits & conditions

$33 - $35 an hour - Contract
