Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree (proof of education required)

  • Experience supporting third-party clinical applications (non-imaging)
  • Tier 2/Tier 3 application support experience in a healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management processes
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and enterprise back-office applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams
