Job description

Seeking an experienced Software Trainer to lead end-user training during the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. The trainer will design and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, create training materials, and support employees in adopting Google applications., * Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions

  • Develop training guides and documentation
  • Train users on Google Workspace applications
  • Support the Microsoft-to-Google migration
  • Work with the CIO to develop the training strategy
  • Provide post-training support and answer user questions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software/Technical/IT Trainer
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Office 365
  • Experience creating training materials and user documentation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience delivering classroom and virtual training to end users
  • Experience with software migration or change management is a plus
