Job description

The Panther Group is seeking a W2 Contract To Hire UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect & Technical Lead to work with one of our partners in retail. KIND NOTE: This role is not available for visas (OPT, H1B, etc.) and does not permit sponsorship now or in the future. This role does not permit C2C (Corp-Corp) and does not permit third party recruiters to apply or solicit (please do not reach out to recruiter or main office to solicit), * A global enterprise organization is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect & Technical Lead to support the design, implementation, and stabilization of enterprise workforce management solutions.

  • This role will lead architecture, technical delivery, integrations, and governance across UKG Pro WFM initiatives while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams to deliver scalable and compliant workforce management capabilities., * Lead end-to-end solution architecture for UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence, and Attendance
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards
  • Provide technical leadership across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Guide configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and system optimization efforts
  • Architect integrations between UKG WFM, HRIS, payroll, and downstream reporting platforms
  • Support workforce management processes including pay rules, scheduling, overtime, and compliance requirements
  • Establish governance standards, risk mitigation strategies, and quality controls
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors throughout delivery lifecycle
  • Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover planning, and hypercare activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise WFM implementations
  • Strong expertise in UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, and payroll interfaces
  • Deep understanding of workforce management processes, payroll workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, * Experience with global or multi-site WFM implementations
  • Exposure to HRIS integrations such as Workday or PeopleSoft
  • Retail, distribution, or large workforce environment experience preferred
  • UKG certifications are a plus
