Penetration Tester - Performs technical assessments against customer systems in support of certification and accreditation. Penetration tester uses a combination of automated tools and technical know-how to attempt to discover vulnerabilities in the security of targeted systems. Reports
Requirements
- TS//SCI with CI Polygraph
- 1+ years of experience with penetration testing or cybersecurity
- Experience with vulnerability enumeration and exploitation frameworks
- Knowledge of functionality and capabilities of network defense technologies, including incident response, web application firewalls, SIEM, and EDR solutions
- Ability to write high-quality assessment reports
- Ability to mentor fellow staff members by teaching the latest penetration testing techniques
- Ability to conduct organized security testing engagements with little assistance
- Bachelorās degree in Information Security or Computer Science
- Up to 25% Travel, * Experience with testing cloud-hosted solutions
- Experience with red teaming (covert computer network exploitation)
- Experience with Burp Suite Pro, Metasploit, or Cobalt Strike
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Golang
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment, multi-task, and handle truncated delivery deadlines
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, to communicate with clients, teammates, and senior leadership * Possession of strong team building skills
- OSCP, GPEN, or GXPEN certification
